The Children’s Place and Simple Joys by Carter’s examples explicitly say snug fit. Burt’s Bees Baby and little planet offer two-piece formats; Yoofoss names footed zipper garments with mitten cuffs. Infant, toddler and older-child size labels cannot be converted into a universal age-to-size rule.
Choose this when…
Check the exact manufacturer chart, the selected garment’s required labels and the child’s current measurements. Do not deliberately buy a snug-fit garment larger to obtain the loose fit you might prefer for an adult. When evaluating a package, count actual garments: six pieces need not mean six complete pajama outfits.
